This suit was instituted By appellee against appellants, a copartnership, and J. Ed Brown, to recover damages which appellee claimed he had suffered by reason of appellants having refused to accept and pay for 100 bales of cotton which appellee alleged he sold appellants through their agent, J. Ed Brown.
