Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
COLLOTON, Circuit Judge.
Rahmaan El Herman was charged with conspiracy to manufacture and distribute cocaine. At trial, a witness for the prosecution made a prejudicial statement about El Herman, but El Herman declined to move for a mistrial. After the jury returned a verdict of guilty, the district court 1 denied El Herman’s motions for a jud.gment of acquittal and for a new trial, and sentenced him to 180 months’ impris onment. El Herman appeals the denial of both motions, and we affirm.
