Following a jury trial, Timmy Nathan Johnson was convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 and 21 U.S.C. § 841(b)(l)(A)(viii), one count of money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(A)®, and two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
