A Special Compensatory Education Project for Peres School in Richmond was funded pursuant to title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. § 241(a) et seq.) for the school years 1973-1974, 1974-1975 and 1975-1976. The project was operative in each of the 18 classrooms at the school which were designated as participating classrooms and all students were identified as project participants.
