This is an appeal from the decision of the Cass County District Court granting a judgment notwithstanding the verdict to St. Paul Insurance Companies.
The appellant Gerhard Lovas took out a policy of insurance with St. Paul Insurance Companies (through the Goose River Insurance Agency of Mayville, North Dakota) on August 2, 1973.
