IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEBRASKA JAMES WOLFBAUER, Plaintiff, 8:19-CV-105 vs. MEMORANDUM AND ORDER OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, et al., Defendants. This matter is before the Court on defendant Ocwen Loan Servicing's motion to dismiss (filing 20) the claims asserted against it by the plaintiff, James Wolfbauer. The Court will grant that motion and dismiss Wolfbauer's claims against Ocwen.
