1Opinion of the Court

HUMPHREYS, Judge.

Justin Jay Garcia appeals his conviction, after a jury trial, for felony obstruction of justice, in violation of Code § 18.2-460. Garcia contends that the trial court erred in finding the evidence was sufficient, as a matter of law, to support the conviction. Garcia argues specifically that Code § 18.2-460(C) requires that any conduct punishable under that subsection of the statute be related to conduct involving “a violation of or conspiracy to violate [Code] § 18.2-248 or § 18.2-248.1(a)(3), (b) or (c).” For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
