FACTS

IRS filed a claim against Debtor for a gross amount of $72,765.34: $2,570 being secured, $48,845.78 listed as priority taxes, and unsecured of $21,349.56. The claim arises from unpaid payroll taxes generated from Debtor and her ex-husband’s restaurant business.
