Action in equity for a declaration that general warranty deeds, describing tracts of real estate in the City of St. Louis and in St. Louis County, were given only as security for debt. Plaintiffs also seek an accounting for monies received by defendants for their sales and rentals of some of the realty (and certain personalty) alleged by plaintiffs to have been conveyed to defendants as security.
