The amended bill of complaint which is before us in this case was filed by the Association of Independent Taxi Operators, Inc., and certain individual members who own and operate taxicabs under permits of the Public Service Commission. It may be noted here that, under our decisions, the corporate plaintiff, as described in the bill, is not a proper party plaintiff (Maryland Naturopathic Ass’n, Inc. v. Kloman, 191 Md. 626, 62 A. 2d 538. Beckett v. Housing Authority, 198 Md. 71, 81 A. 2d 215, this term), but as the individual plaintiffs undoubtedly have the right to bring such a suit, that…
