OPINION AND ORDER

BARBOUR, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Motion of Defendant Voyager Life Insurance Company (“Voyager”) for Summary Judgment as to the claims of Plaintiff Willie Brumfield (“Brumfield”), filed May 12, 2005. Plaintiff did not respond to the Motion. Having considered the Motion and supporting and opposing authority, the Court finds that the Motion is well taken and that it should be granted.
