DRAUGHN, Justice.

This is an appeal from the granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee, Cen-teq Realty, Inc., (“Centeq”). Appellant, Ka-relyn Siegler, sued appellee on a premises liability theory based in negligence for the failure of appellee to provide adequate security.
