We consider the appeal of appellant Chem-etron Corporation of the Bankruptcy Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Final Order (“Order”) entered August 2, 1993 in the underlying Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding and Adversary Proceeding No. 92-2418. By the Order appellee Phyllis Jaskey Jones and eighteen other appellees were permitted to file late claims against Chemetron.
