The plaintiffs-appellants, Joseph Dougherty and LaVerne Dougherty, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Joseph and LaVerne, alleged in their amended petition against the defendants a breach of a fiduciary duty by defendant-appellee Donald L. Robson, hereinafter called Donald, in that he allegedly conspired to convert the title to plaintiffs’ farm to his own purposes and was unjustly enriched thereby.
