STOCKARD, Commissioner.
In this suit for personal injuries resulting from a rear end automobile collision the jury verdict was for plaintiff and *161against defendant Ernest Courtaway in the amount of $20,000, and it was in favor of defendant Irwin F. Nelle, Jr. Plaintiff appealed from the judgment in favor of Nelle, but subsequently dismissed her appeal. Courtaway, hereafter referred to as defendant, appealed from the judgment entered against him.
