On December 8, 1992, the Circuit Court of Jackson County entered a decree dissolving the marriage of Paul O. Renaut (“Father”) and Paula S. (Renaut) Kullman (“Mother”). Three children were born of the marriage: Heather G. Renaut (“Heather”), born December 23, 1980; Holly R. Renaut (“Holly”), born December 15, 1983; and Ryan P. Renaut (“Ryan”), born March 14, 1985. Father was ordered to pay Mother, the childrens’ sole physical custodian, $333.00 per month per child as child support, commencing January 1, 1993.
