This is an appeal from a conviction for delinquent conduct of aggravated robbery. Appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting the conviction arguing: the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jury’s finding that he used or exhibited a deadly weapon, and the evidence is factually insufficient to support the jury’s rejection of his affirmative defense of duress.
