Prior to August 14,. 1897, Daniel Coleman was the owner of a large boundary of land situated on Calloway fork of the right fork of Peter creek, in Pike county, Kentucky. He divided his land, or a portion of it, among six of his children, to four of whom, on the day mentioned, he executed deeds, and two days théreafter he executed deeds to the other two.
