CHRISTIAN, Judge.

Conviction for wilfully refusing to support minor children; punishment assessed at a fine of $25.00.

Appellant separated from his wife in July, 1926, leaving with her their two small children. In November, 1929, appellant obtained a divorce from his wife. On the date of the present trial, appellant’s children were under 16 years of age. Prom the time of his separation from his family until 1930, appellant contributed approximately $50.00 a year to the support ,of his children. In 1930 he gave his wife $350.00.
