CHRISTIAN, Judge.

Conviction for wilfully refusing to support his minor children; punishment assessed at a fine of twenty-five dollars.

The complaint and information were filed October 4th, 1927. Appellant had not lived with his wife and children since October, 1925. His wife secured a divorce from him in May, 1927. There were three children under sixteen years of age. It was stipulated in the decree of divorce that appellant should contribute the sum of $55.00 per month to his wife for the support and maintenance of their three minor children.
