Defendant appeals as of right from his bench trial conviction of possession with intent to deliver 225 to 649 grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(ii).1 He was sentenced to a term of *657imprisonment for 240 to 360 months. We affirm.

I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
