But two questions are presented for the court’s determination, the first of which is whether the sustaining of the motion by the common pleas court discharging the garnishee proceedings on appeal is a final order from which error may be presented to this court.

We are not concerned with the answer to this question as made before the amendment of the State Constitution in 2912. Prior thereto, it was a matter of statute, but it is now provided in §8 of Article IV of the Constitution that this court has jurisdiction to review' any final judgment or order of the court of common pleas.
