¶ 1. Gail and Darris Varnado (collectively, the Varnados) purchased a home in Gulfport, Mississippi from Thomas Brown. Shortly after their purchase, the Varnados discovered extensive termite damage in the home. The Varnados sued Alfonso Realty, Inc. (Alfonso Realty) along with other defendants for damages. In response, Alfonso Realty filed a motion for summary judgment, which the circuit court granted.
