COLLET, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a Delaware corporation, engaged in the business of the manufacture, sale and servicing of furnaces and heating *545equipment, brings this action to restrain the defendant Connelley and the Connelley Heating and Air Conditioning Company, residents of St. Louis, Missouri, from engaging in the sale of furnaces and heating equipment and the servicing thereof in a restricted area in and adjac'ent to St. Louis, Missouri, in violation of a contract made by Connelley to abstain from so doing for a period of three years.
