PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On September 26, 1989, Weichert Realtors filed a motion in this court seeking to be appointed a professional real estate broker for the debtor in connection with a sale of real estate to Denise and David Shipper and for recognition of a claim for commission. No certification or affidavit of disinterestedness accompanied the notice of motion. The application was based upon an exclusive listing agreement dated February 19, 1986.
