Peterson, Justice.

In No. 31,518 Giacomo sued on the insurance policy here involved to recover damages to his automobile caused by the accident in which Betty Lundstrom, plaintiff in the other action, was injured. Defendant recovered a judgment in its favor.

In No. 31,667 plaintiff sued Giacomo, owner of the car in which she was riding, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident on March 18, 1934. She obtained judgment of $12,922.75. (See Lundstrom v. Giacomo, 194 Minn. 624, 261 N. W. 465.) Giacomo was insured by appellant against liability for injuries caused…
