MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

CLARIE, District Judge.

The petitioner is serving an effective prison term of not less than ten nor more than twenty years pursuant to his convictions in the Connecticut Superior Court of the crimes of larceny in the first degree and burglary in the third degree. He brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. Section 2254.
