Plaintiff Westchester Fire Insurance Company (“Westchester”) brings this indemnity- action against DeNovo Constructors, Inc.,; DeNovo Properties Holdings, LLC (together, “DeNovo”), D Transport, Inc., and Jonathon K. Markoff (collectively, “Defendants”). Dkt. No. 1.
