Williams, Judge:

On the 26th day of April, 1912, on petition of his creditors, Enoch Carver was adjudged a bankrupt by the district court of the United States for the southern district of West Virginia, and the bankruptcy proceedings were referred to W. G. Mathews, referee in bankruptcy. A schedule of his creditors was filed, among whom was the bankrupt’s wife, Fannie J. Carver, who claimed three debts, one of $5,000, one of $5,-531.50, and another of $186. Pursuant to notice given by the referee, the creditors met and elected George E.
