This is a creditors’ suit, brought to enforce the lien of divers judgments against William H. Tompkins. The bill was filed in the Circuit Court of Kanawha county in November, 1883. On the 11th day of June, 1884, the cause was referred to a commissioner to ascertain and report— First, the nature and amount of the complainants’ claim; second, the real estate, and interest in real estate, owned by the defendant, W.
