I. INTRODUCTION

This Court addresses the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment. This lawsuit was filed by Wimberly, Allison, Tong & Goo (‘WATG”), an architecture firm specializing in large-scale commercial construction projects, against two insurance companies from which WATG purchased general and excess liability insurance.
