TALIAFERRO, Judge.
Plaintiff was seriously injured when the balustrade of the porch of a tenement house (420 Caddo street) in the city of Shreveport, on which he was leaning, gave way, precipitating him bodily to the ground, a distance of six feet below the floor level. He brings this suit against defendants, owners of the property, to recover a large amount in damages on account of his injuries, which are alleged to be permanent in character, totally disabling him for any sort of work.
