MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

JUDITH K. FITZGERALD, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is the complaint of Mega Enterprises and Seymour Weiss to determine whether a debt is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), § 523(a)(2)(B), or § 523(a)(6). The complaint originally included a count under § 523(a)(4), but that count was withdrawn at the conclusion of trial.

The facts as established at trial are not complex. Mr. Weiss was a friend of Mr. Lahiri’s (Debtor). Through Mega Enterprises, Weiss owned and operated a steel brokerage business. He purchased steel on his own account and resold it to…
