MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BATTISTI, Chief Judge.
This is a mammoth case involving patent claims which have affected virtually the entire rubber and tire industry of the United States and, indeed, the free world. For all practical purposes, every controversy involving United States companies, together with Dunlop of England, have been settled in this Court over the past several years.
