Memorandum: Family Court properly denied petitioner’s objections to the order of the Hearing Examiner that denied petitioner’s application for a modification of the order of support. Petitioner failed to demonstrate that she cannot meet the increased financial needs of the child based upon her income and the current child support that she receives from respondent (see generally, Matter of Brescia v Fitts, 56 NY2d 132; compare, Matter of Barnes v Barnes, 186 *1058AD2d 1042; Matter of Sutton v Sutton, 178 AD2d 980).
