In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment dated August 6, 1985, the defendant husband appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kohn, J.), dated July 25, 1990, as denied his cross motion for an award of child support and for an award of counsel fees.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which denied that branch of the cross motion which was for an award of child support; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements,…
