Presently before the Court is a motion by Astoria Financial Corporation, Astoria Federal Savings and Loan Association, Astoria Federal Mortgage Company, Long Island Bancorp, Inc., and Long Island Savings Bank, FSB, (collectively, the “Defendants”) for an order, pursuant to Local Rule 6.3 for reconsideration of this Court’s February 17, 2005 Memorandum of Decision and Order, McAnaney v.
