Appeal from an order of the Family Court of *981Otsego County (Coccoma, J.), entered May 24, 2007, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for visitation with the subject child.

Petitioner, the paternal grandmother of the subject child (born in 2002), commenced this proceeding seeking unsupervised visitation with him.
