Petitioner seeks visitation with her grandchild over the objection of the child’s parents, respondents Melissa Black, petitioner’s daughter, and Mark Black. The infant is in the care of an intact nuclear family, the record establishes that respondents have a sound basis for their objection to visitation, and petitioner has no existing relationship with the child or the family.
