OPINION

BARNES, Judge.

Case Summary

Stephen Hay appeals the trial court's order granting $13,488.19 in attorney fees pursuant to Indiana Trial Rule 65(C) to Ronald and Gloria Baumgartner. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
