Mohammad Musa Yousefi (“Yousefi”) filed this petition for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“the Board”) concluding that Yousefi was de-portable and that he was ineligible for asylum and withholding of deportation. The Immigration and Naturalization Service (“the Service”) contends that we do not possess jurisdiction to review Yousefi’s petition. We hold that we have jurisdiction to consider Yousefi’s petition.
