On the 23rd of November, 1912, C. Hazeltine Basshor, ol Baltimore City, filed a bill in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City against the Thomas 0. Basshor Company, for the appointment of a receiver or receivers for said company.
The bill, which was filed on behalf of the plaintiff and other stockholders and creditors of the Thomas C. Basshor Company, alleged that the company was a corporation of the State of Maryland, with its principal office in Baltimore City, and that it had an authorized capital stock of $150,-000.00, consisting of 3,000 shares of the par value of $50.00 each, all of which…
