On March 31 and April 2, 2003, claimant, Charlotte Graham, filed applications for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) (820 ILCS 305/1 et seq. (West 2002)), seeking benefits from employer, United Airlines.
