OPINION

Plaintiff, Jack Carson, suffered serious injuries to his arms and legs as a result of a vehicular accident. His injuries arose out of and in the course of employment with defendant, Beelman Trucking. Carson filed a workers’ compensation claim. An arbitrator awarded Carson benefits, which both the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the circuit court of Clinton County upheld.
