MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS
KANE, District Judge.
On January 30,1990, a number of individuals, Bank Western and the Field Corporation (a subsidiary of Bank Western) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed this class action. These parties live on or hold an interest in real property located near the Rocky Flats weapons production facility northwest of Denver, Colorado (“Rocky Flats”).
