HOLLINGSWORTH, Judge.

Defendant has appealed from a sentence of imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term of seven years imposed upon him in conformity with the verdict of the jury finding him guilty of the crime of incest upon his thirteen-year-old daughter. He contends that: (1) the testimony of said daughter, hereinafter for convenience referred to as prosecutrix, is uncorroborated and unconvincing; and (2) the verdict is (a) against the greater weight of the credible evidence and (b) the result of passion and prejudice.
