This adversary proceeding, instituted by the Trustee of Auto-Train against A. I. Credit Corporation, hereinafter referred to as AICCO, a New York premium finance company, challenges the validity of AIC-CO’s asserted security interest in unearned insurance premiums under eleven commercial insurance policies.
