Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed August 21, 1985, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was entitled to receive benefits.
State Line Delivery Service, Inc. (State Line) maintains a messenger service business, picking up and delivering letters and small packages in and around New York City.
