This is an action in assumpsit by appellee against appellant upon a policy of insurance issued by it to appellee on September 11, 1902. The property covered by the policy was destroyed by fire on January 29, 1903. The policy of insurance sued upon and which was set out m haéc verba in the declaration, contained the following conditions and agreements:
“ This entire policy, unless otherwise provided by agreement endorsed hereon; or added hereto, shall be void, if the insured now has- or shall hereafter make or procure any other contract of insurance, whether valid or not, on property covered in…
