MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
ANN ALDRICH, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is defendants’ Motion to Dismiss this action for lack of personal jurisdiction and lack of proper venue under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (3) and 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a). In the alternative, defendants move under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1406(a) and 1404(a) to transfer the action to a more convenient venue. The third option proffered is a dismissal or a stay pending resolution of a related case in the Chancery Court of Delaware.
